All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. All Smell Good & Co. orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3–5 business days of order placement. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times vary by carrier and location. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

Lost or Delayed Packages
Smell Good & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Return & Refund Policy
At Smell Good & Co., every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. We take great care in ensuring every order is accurate and in perfect condition before it leaves our hands. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We package every order with care, but we understand that damage can occasionally occur in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps below so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Take clear photos of the damaged items, the interior packaging, and the exterior of the shipping box — before discarding anything.
Photos must include a visible shipping label showing your name/address and our return address to verify the package is from Smell Good & Co.
A brief description of the issue
To protect our customers and maintain the integrity of our brand, all damage and missing item claims are subject to verification. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, production and fulfillment may already be in progress.
Scent Disclaimer
Fragrance is personal and subjective. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on scent preference. If you are unsure about a fragrance, we recommend starting with a smaller size when available.
