Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and location but typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Smell Good & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

At Smell Good & Co., every product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@smellgoodandco.com with:

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, production and fulfillment may already be in progress.

Scent Disclaimer

Fragrance is personal and subjective. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on scent preference. If you are unsure about a fragrance, we recommend starting with a smaller size when available.
